Dr. Okechukwu Joseph Ndubueze is an experienced academic, researcher, and development consultant with over 25 years of professional and academic experience in urban and regional planning, development studies, and project management. His career combines university-level teaching, applied research, and extensive consultancy work across Africa and Europe.
He has in-depth expertise in the design, management, and evaluation of development projects, including international capacity-building initiatives and large-scale collaborative research programmes.
