
Dr. Okechukwu Joseph Ndubueze is an experienced academic, researcher, and development consultant with over 25 years of professional and academic experience in urban and regional planning, development studies, and project management. His career combines university-level teaching, applied research, and extensive consultancy work across Africa and Europe.
He has in-depth expertise in the design, management, and evaluation of development projects, including international capacity-building initiatives and large-scale collaborative research programmes. His work is characterised by a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, institutional development, and sustainable urban and regional transformation.
Academic and Teaching Experience
Dr. Ndubueze has substantial teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He previously served as Lecturer in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Nigeria (Enugu Campus), where he taught courses related to planning theory, development planning, and regional development.
