
Professional Experience
Mary Besem Frambo has served as Director of the International Business School The Hague since 2014. In this role, she oversees all core functions of the institution, including governance, finance, business development, and investor relations. In addition, she is actively involved in teaching Human Resource Management and Business Management.
Prior to her directorship at IBSH, she worked as a teacher at the American School in The Hague and as an associate consultant at FNSEC in London, where she contributed to leadership, project delivery, and implementation activities.
Earlier in her career, Mary worked extensively in education, social services, and logistics, including roles as a social and health instructor supporting migrant communities in the Netherlands, and as a logistics and shipping professional in Belgium. She also has many years of teaching experience in Cameroon, where she served as a teacher and examiner in economics, nutrition, and social studies.

- BSc – Sociology & Anthropology, University of Buea, Cameroon

Research and Publications
Mary Besem Frambo is actively engaged in research in the areas of corporate social responsibility, ESG, leadership, and sustainable management. Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including studies on CSR in recruitment practices, consumer awareness of responsible management, and the relationship between ESG scores and stock performance.
