Prof. Dr. Vinod Rastogi has over two decades of experience across the corporate and higher education sectors, combining senior academic leadership with extensive industry engagement. Her career reflects a strong focus on management education, executive training, and institutional development.

She has held a wide range of academic and administrative leadership positions prior to assuming responsibility as Managing Director of ISMS Bangalore in 2010. Earlier in her career, she worked with the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, where she served as Director – CME Programmes and Head of Marketing.

From 2000 to 2003, Prof. Dr. Rastogi was associated with the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, serving as Dean for the Undergraduate Business School Programme in India. She has also held senior academic and corporate liaison roles, including Vice President – Corporate Relations at the Asia Pacific Institute, New Delhi, and Director at IBMR Bangalore.

In addition to her academic leadership roles, Prof. Dr. Rastogi served as Programme Director for in-company training and development programmes for organisations such as Nicholas Piramal Ltd. (Mumbai) and Cadila Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the training and development of field staff and first-line managers.

Her corporate experience includes professional engagements with Nicholas Piramal Group, Pepsi Inc., Cadila, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Hindustan Zinc Limited, providing her with a strong practical foundation that informs her academic teaching and consultancy work.
